Step 1 - Discovery

Step 4- Program Launch

Now that the minute details of your program are taken care of, your program is ready to launch. throughout the process, our project management team will keep you informed on the details of your program, and ensure that you have the most up-to-date progress of the registration, air booking and other pre-trip processes.
Step 2 - Drill Down

Channel Exploration - We take the time to explore how your organization's channel functions from top to bottom. A complete understanding of your sales will allow us to tailor a program to suit your individual needs.
Step 5 - Award Fulfillment

After the program has been announced and successfully launched, EMTS will fulfill the incentive experience. Whether that is merchandise, incentive travel, or a stored value card program, EMTS's experienced staff will see that your channel is rewarded properly for their efforts.
Step 3 - Architecture

After we have a solid understanding of your business and have explored your channel, our team will work closely with you to construct a comprehensive plan to suit your needs. Your program is set in motion well in advance of the launch, accounting for even the smallest change in details.
